Construction is ready to begin on CityNorth and is projected to be complete at the end of 2008. The site is located in the Desert Ridge area east of 56th Street between Loop 101 and Deer Valley Drive.
Phase 1 is expected to include about 293,000 square feet of retail merchant space and restaurants, 306,000 square feet of office space and 409,000 square feet of luxury condominiums and town homes.
